How long does it usually take to make an order? 

Typically I will have a hat made within 2-4 weeks depending on how many orders I have. Each order take several hours to make so I do need a little extra time to make them. 

What materials are you using?

Each order is made with 100% roving wool, and the base (whether it's a hat or painting) is made out of felt which is a combination of acrylic and wool. 

How can I clean my hat? 

If you ever need to clean your hat please do so very gently with cold water and mild dish soap, spot cleaning as needed. If the hat is put through the washing machine it could ruin the design and shrink the hat. 

How do you ship your orders? 

I ship all of my orders including international with USPS, the base shipping for domestic orders uses ground advatage and the package will arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped. For international it depends on where in the world it's being shipped to, and the shipping will be calculated at checkout. As a reminder, the processing time is 2-4 weeks and does not include shipping time. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items because of shipment issues, but I will be happy to look into it and see what I can do if the problem arises.
